Make a Claim | Contractors - ArtisanPAK


For all QBE claims (Clarendon America Insurance Company, Praetorian Specialty Insurance Company, QBE Specialty Insurance Company, and Praetorian Insurance Company), the following applies:
  • QBE is also handling all prior and new claims.  NIF Claims Services (previously HDR Insurance Services) has transferred all Contractor claims to QBE.
  • Please forward all loss notices and all other documents related to claims directly to QBELossRuns@enstargroup.com.
  • QBE will be sending a letter to the insured, broker, and claimant advising them of the adjuster handling the claim file.
  • For all QBE claim inquiries, the following 800 number and prompts have been established for expedient claims service: (800) 362-5448.
  • For all QBE loss run requests, please forward them to:

    QBELossRuns@enstargroup.com

    When requesting loss runs, please provide your name, email address, phone number and the Named Insured, policy number(s), and policy period(s).
For claims - press 2.
Then:

To report a new claim - press 1.
Everything else - press 2 or stay on the line and the caller will be routed to QBE's Claims Inquiry Team.
  • If you or your insured would like to speak to someone directly regarding claims (inquiries, questions, etc.), use extension 603325.  The call center team will further assist in providing the caller with the adjuster name and will also escalate any call directly to the handling adjuster.
  • Please make sure to mention you have an NIF (or HDR) claim to help the claims person locate an existing claim.

For all claims related to HDI Global and International Insurance Company of Hannover policies, please email them directly to North American Risk Services (“NARS”) at reportaclaim@narisk.com.  You may also call them at 800-315-6090.
In order to ensure proper assistance, it is important to include a Loss Accord form or the policy number, name of the insured and as much information about the loss details and involved parties as possible. An adjuster will be assigned to the claim, and after reviewing the information provided will make personal contact. Remember to include contact information such as your name, address, phone numbers and email address.
