Make a Submission

Documents Required for a Submission
  • Completed ACORD applications for lines requesting quotes.
  • NIF GL Qualifier or competitor supplemental if it covers most or all of the same risk & exposure information.
  • GL - Currently valued company loss runs for this policy period plus four year's prior.
  • Other lines - Currently valued company loss runs for this policy period plus two year's prior.

Additional information (although not required) which is helpful in obtaining an insurance proposal:
  • Target Premium for each line quoted.
  • Brochures, website links or any other information about the prospective organization.
