  • General Information New Business Qualifier – to be used with one or more of the individual class qualifiers listed below

    • Floor Covering
    • Glazier/Glass
    • Home Installation 
      (including garage door, door, cabinet, and counter top installation, interior commercial and residential stairway and rail installation, handymen)

    • Painting, Paperhanging, Drapery and Window Treatments

    • Solar Energy
